Refund and Cancellation Policy
All digital educational products are non-refundable once delivery has commenced and the applicable legal conditions for loss of the right of withdrawal have been satisfied.
Our educational materials, including training videos, Excel spreadsheets, and other digital resources, are delivered electronically via email and may be made available immediately after successful payment.
By expressly consenting to immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal, customers agree that they cannot cancel their purchase or request a refund solely due to a change of mind once digital delivery has commenced.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights relating to defective or undelivered digital content.

Distance Selling Agreement

Digital Delivery Policy
All educational products are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is required.
Following successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased educational materials via email, Google Drive, or another designated digital platform.
Digital content may be delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
Access duration is determined by the purchased educational package. One-year programs generally include 12 months of access from the activation date.
